For Labor Day weekend we went camping up to Moon Lake with the Bergquist's. We had never been there before, it was beautiful. We arrived on Friday afternoon and had to spend an hour before we could pull into camp replacing our trailer tire because it had gotten flat at some time during our drive. Friday we set up camp, took a walk down to the lake and played around for awhile and then ate dinner and roasted s'mores.
After s'mores we played some games by lantern light.
On Saturday we rented peddle boats and had a blast playing in the lake. The kids were drenched from head to toe from getting in the water fully clothed.
The kids took their bikes and rode around on some of the little trails. Gabe had a blast riding his bike, he usually kept pretty close to camp except one of the days he got going down a hill and just put his feet up and started coasting. I was making dinner and saw him starting down the hill, so I took off after him, running through two camps, another man saw him also and ran out and stopped his bike for me. Gabriel wasn't very happy about being stopped and was enjoying his little joyride.
