Maryssa turned 17 and for her birthday I contacted her friends and our family to send me things that they love about her. I took what they sent me and printed them out and put them inside of balloons so that each one that she popped had a message about what people loved about her. It took her over an hour to pop all of the balloons and read what people said, she loved it and said that it was her best birthday ever.
Then she opened her gifts which were a bunch of clothes.
All of the boys were at scout camp so it was just Maryssa, Sariah and Gabe, we had crepes and fruit for breakfast, and then got kneaders and went over to Thanksgiving Point to eat and wander around the gardens. For dinner we went to Carrabbas with Grandma Evelyn and Grandma and Grandpa Johnson. It was a great day and a lot of fun.
