Sariah has been unhappy for some time with the rapid and large growth of her breasts. It came to a head as we tried to find her a swimsuit that fit her chest, but didn't drown the rest of her body. So we went to a plastic surgeon and decided on a breast reduction. I never thought that a person could be so excited about a surgery before.
