Maryssa's Junior Prom

Maryssa got asked to prom by Jackson Newman who was in her seminary class.  He dropped a tub of ice cream and toppings off at the door and said My heart would melt if you would go to prom with me.  In the tub of ice cream there was a laminated paper with his name on it.  She answered him by getting a piece of sod that we put on the hood of his car with candy and a sign that said, You bet your "GRASS" I will go to prom with you.  We borrowed a dress from a lady that my mom works with and bought her shoes and jewelry.  For their day date they went on a hike and had a picnic.  For dinner they went to one of the boys houses and his family prepared and served a meal for them and then they went to the dance where one of the men taking the tickets for the dance couldn't believe that  Jackson could get someone as beautiful as Maryssa to be his date, Jackson's reply was "I know, I can't believe she said yes."  She had a wonderful night and said she felt like a princess.
