Over the weekend we were supposed to go to Beaver Dick for a family reunion but it was under water and they changed it to a Saturday day activity. So instead we headed down to Manti to go camping with family and enjoy a day at Palisade lake. Everyone went except for Brittny and Mark. Even Aunt Ruth and her family joined us for Saturday festivities.
We rode Josh and Julie's four wheelers around, the kids always love this, especially Gabe.
Saturday we headed to Palisades and rented a canoe and a some paddle boats. We spent the day playing and swimming, it was a blast. The children had fun and we practically had to drag them out of the water at the end of the day.
Saturday night we went on a hay ride around Manti and learned about some of the history, including a story about Fredrick Walter Cox who is one of our ancestors. It was a wonderful weekend.
